The City of Trebisacce with letter prot. 2702 of 15.9.2010, requested the municipalities participating in the project "Assistance to dependent persons, including the City of Nocara, disclosure of the names of the operators (women in need of maternity-protection) to be included in the project such as auxiliary for the performance of the service. The Mayor of
Nocara with letter prot. 1080 of 30.11.2010, has fulfilled the request by a communication of operators who will operate the service.
E 'to our knowledge of the operations reported by the Mayor of Nocara not eligible under the project, namely "women in distress- maternity protection, and non-employed women with dependent children and with very low incomes, living in conditions of severe social problems (mothers, or separated women with unemployed spouse, spouse held with women, widows ).
Mayor Nocara has also notified the operators without having performed a minimum of selection with verification of requirements and qualifications held .
hereby request that this community, in its quality checked for the above and take appropriate steps to enforce the law because, in our opinion, in the City of Nocara there are other women who have the necessary requirements. Sincerely

SUBJECT: WRITTEN QUESTION TO ANSWER (ARTICLE 15 MUNICIPAL COUNCIL REGULATION).
The undersigned Pandolfi Marie Antoinette, as a counselor and group leader of the council as a minority within the City Council;
Given the order of the Prefect of the Prot 53906/16.5/gab 09.12.2010, notified on 11:12 .2010, with whom he was ordained to the Company Selex Communications to install a spa Telecommunications strategically common whose use is governed by a contract of lease prepared by the City;
